Guatemala, Central America

One of Central America's most diverse countries is home to volcanoes, rainforests, ancient Mayan sites and some great coffee.

Tasting Notes: 
Rich and full flavoured with fruity acidity and good body. Notes of almond and toffee with a distinct acidic finish.

Dark Roast Fresh Ground Coffee - Sumatra Indonesia South East Asia

Sumatra, Indonesia, South East Asia

Its closeness to the equator and mountainous terrain provide some interesting micro-climates. Additionally, the unique wet-hulling processing technique creates some intriguing and complex coffees.

Tasting Notes: 
Rich, indulgent and full bodied with notes of peach syrup and spices with subtle acidity and intense dark chocolate finish.

Light and aromatic coffee with a fruity finish

Sidamo, Ethiopia, Africa

Ethiopia is considered by many to be the birthplace of coffee. The altitude, temperature, rainfall and rich soil in the Sidamo region provide the ideal conditions for growing coffee.

Tasting Notes:
High notes of blackcurrant, stone fruit and acidic red cherry. Light on the tongue with an aromatic, fruity finish.

SAN IGNACIO, PERU, SOUTH AMERICA (DECAF)

The San Ignacio Province is one of thirteen provinces located in the Cajamarca Region of Peru. The high elevation and the coffee varietals grown there provide the region a natural advantage. Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. This uses pure water, temperate and time, to create a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free, from a gentle, chemical free process.

Tasting Notes: 
Smooth, mild and sweet with good notes of roasted peanut, soft milk chocolate and cookie dough. Medium-bodied with mild acidity and slight burnt sugar sweetness.
