San Ignacio, Peru, South America

The San Ignacio Province is one of thirteen provinces located in the Cajamarca Region of Peru. The high elevation and the coffee varietals grown there provide the region a natural advantage.

Tasting Notes:
A rich and smooth coffee with an unmistakable mellow Central American flavour. Certified Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance. Good body with subtle stoned fruit acidity.

Sidamo, Ethiopia, Africa

Ethiopia is considered by many to be the birthpace of coffee. The altitude, temperature, rainfall and rich soil in the Sidamo region provide the ideal conditions for growing coffee.

Tasting Notes:
High notes of blackcurrant, stone fruit and acidic red cherry. Light on the tongue with an aromatic, fruity finish.

It's closeness to the equator and mountainess terrain provide some interesting micro-climates. Additionally, the unique wet-hulling processing technique creates some intriguing and complex coffees.

Guatemala, Central America

One of Central America's most diverse countries is home to volcanoes, rainforests, ancient Mayan sites and some great coffee.

Rich and full flavoured with fruity acidity and good body. Notes of almond and toffee with a distinct acidic finish.

Sweet and fruity coffee with an intense flavour

Okapa, Papua New Guinea, South East Asia

Situated in the mountainous Eastern Highlands Province of the country. Almost all highlanders in the province derive their livelihoods from farming coffee and most households own a small plot of coffee as a family project.

Tasting Notes: 
Very sweet with a berry marmalade fruitiness, surrounded by notes of buttered toast. An intense flavour with a little smokiness.


From the same region as our South American Mellow variety but decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. This uses pure water, temperate and time, to create a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free, from a gentle, chemical free process.

Tasting Notes: 
Smooth, mild and sweet with good notes of roasted peanut, soft milk chocolate and cookie dough. Medium-bodied with mild acidity and slight burnt sugar sweetness.
